Last night for dinner I used a recipe from Pioneer Woman's website (www.thepioneerwoman.com).
These are called cowboy nachos and they are good.
It starts with a brisket and I like to slow cook mine all day. Then remove the fat and shred it.

Then dump it all in a frying pan with a can of red sauce or enchilada sauce.
Then I like to arrange it on different plates and maybe zap it for a few seconds to melt the cheese.
And that's it. Really good.
