Welcome to a beautiful Thursday

After a couple of days of rain (which is great for the grass because they don't turn on the irrigation until near the end of May) today we will see some sun and temps around fifty. Yeahh! I heard somewhere in Wyoming they got three feet of snow and it closed down roads, glad I am not there.

Anyway I have some new pictures to post

Remember those kittens I posted about? They are nearly three weeks old, eyes open and becoming mobile. Imagine if human babies developed this fast.

Getting a little curious about what could be beyond that big opening.

In other news I finally got me a pair of boots and these couldn't just be any boots they had to be Fatbaby's because most of the other women's boots out there are just too tall for my legs. They weren't cheap but that's why I waited so long for them. Now when I go out in the barn, pasture or even tall grass I won't have to worry about dirtying up my sneakers or having bugs crawl in.

They are a week old and you can see I already got my use out of them.

And finally our house is coming along, we have the loan paperwork in and an appraiser should be coming by next week (crossing my fingers). This is how we fixed some of the big gaping spaces at the top of the stairway so that it will pass the VA appraiser.

I am not quite done but it goes with the whole theme of the house and it works.
