What I (we) did today

Had a busy day as always today and with fall approaching I still have a lot to do. The horse pasture needs to be mowed, de rocked, and seeded before it gets too cold or before the snow starts along with several other never ending jobs. I still love it out here.

These are old cabinet doors that were part of the junk collection inside the barn. I tossed them out a few months ago and they have been sitting there ever since. As long as I don't encounter any spiders or snakes in the process of getting them out I'll be okay. (that's why I use a metal rake to get them out)

The pile to be put in the back of the trailer.

Snapped a picture of the progress on clearing the horse pasture.

Apples have been falling for about a week and a half now, we take the rotten ones and use them for compost in the garden and the good ones we keep for canning.

This may not look like a big bucket but it is a laundry bucket and there are still more apples on the tree.

Kids go back to school on Wednesday and their back to school nights were tonight. Andrew is going to Weber High this year and Amy is in ninth grade at Snowcrest.
