Some nice young men delivered firewood this morning and helped us stack it atop the small existing small pile already on the porch. Up here it is neccesary to be prepared for anything including the loss of power. I also drove a friend )whom I haven't seen in ages) home about an hour and a half a way. She also lives out in the land of horses, cows, barns, ect but it's still not here, nothing can beat here.
You might not be able to see it too well with this picture but that is the pile of un split firewood behind those rocks.
This is the firewood that our fifteen year old Andrew split singlehandedly and is supposed to bring around to add to the ever growing pile out front.
